Wat ga je doen?
▍ Meedenken over de inhoudelijke en organisatorische koers
▍ Programma’s en projecten ontwikkelen, plannen en coördineren
▍ Planning en budget bewaken en het team aansturen bij productie en publieksmomenten
▍ Contact onderhouden met kunstenaars, samenwerkingspartners en netwerken

Wat ga je doen?
▍ Het artistieke programma uitvoeren en producties van begin tot eind begeleiden
▍ Plannen vertalen naar concrete acties, draaiboeken en begrotingen
▍ Samenwerken met kunstenaars, teamleden, vrijwilligers en partners
▍ Je zorgt voor een goede sfeer en heldere afstemming met iedereen die betrokken is

▍ Contribute to the substantive and organizational course
▍ Develop, plan and coordinate programs and projects
▍ Monitor planning and budget and manage the team during production and public moments
▍ Maintain contact with artists, partners and networks

▍ Implement the artistic program and supervise productions from start to finish
▍ Translate plans into concrete actions, scripts and budgets
▍ Collaborate with artists, team members, volunteers and partners
▍ You ensure a good atmosphere and clear coordination with everyone involved
