Ben jij een aspirant curator met interesse in mediakunst en schrijven? Wil je je ontwikkelen en samenwerken met een kleine, interculturele groep collega’s? Solliciteer dan voor de 2026-editie van TEXT ME!
TEXT ME is een intensief en internationaal ontwikkelingsprogramma gericht op schrijven, het leggen van interculturele contacten en het stimuleren van het talent van aankomende curatoren. Het programma van een week vindt plaats tijdens het LUNA Festival in Leeuwarden van 8 tot 15 februari 2026.
Het programma biedt de deelnemers de mogelijkheid om een kijkje te nemen achter de schermen van onze LUNA Young Masters tentoonstelling: je krijgt de kans om te netwerken met professionals, deel te nemen aan zinvolle uitwisselingen met kunstenaars en hun mediakunstwerken, en contact te leggen met lokale en internationale partners.
🤝 Door middel van een reeks workshops, lezingen en samenwerkingssessies ontwikkelen de curatoren een tekst over een van de kunstwerken die in de tentoonstelling worden gepresenteerd.
🌐 Deze tekst wordt gepubliceerd op de online platforms van Media Art Friesland en partners.
💰 Bij aflevering van de tekst ontvangen de deelnemers een vergoeding.
🧑💻 Spreekt TEXT ME je aan en wil je je aanmelden? Stuur dan je motivatie en cv naar mediaartfriesland@gmail.com. Je mag hierbij gerust 1 à 2 voorbeelden van je werk (tekst of anders) meesturen.

TEXT ME is an intensive, international development program focused on writing, building intercultural connections, and nurturing the talent of emerging curators. The week-long program takes place during the LUNA Festival in Leeuwarden from February 8 to 15, 2026.
The program offers participants the opportunity to peek behind the scenes of our LUNA Young Masters exhibition: you’ll have the chance to network with professionals, engage in meaningful exchanges with artists and their media artworks, and connect with local and international partners.
🤝 Through a series of workshops, lectures, and collaborative sessions, the curators will develop a text about one of the artworks presented in the exhibition.
🌐 This text will be published on the online platforms of Media Art Friesland and partners.
💰 Participants will receive compensation upon submission of the text.
