Stamppot is echte winterkost. Deze winter omarmt het resort de ‘Hollandse’ klassieker met een deelname aan het WK stamppotkoken, georganiseerd door Stichting Oud Hollandse Gerechten. Om een resort-waardige topchef te selecteren wordt op vrijdag 24 januari een kwalificatiewedstrijd georganiseerd. Tijdens deze voorronde koken 10 kunstenaars de sterren van de hemel. Met als thema ‘zuurkool’ zullen de deelnemers alles uit de kast halen om de meest smaakvolle, originele en aesthetically pleasing stamppot te serveren. Iedereen is uitgenodigd om te komen proeven, stemmen en gezamenlijk de kwalificatie-winnaar te bepalen. Wie weet de smaakpapillen van de publieksjury te prikkelen?
Deze wedstrijd vindt plaats bij het resort. De topchef die op 24 januari wordt gekozen zal namens het resort meedingen naar de eretitel ‘beste stamppotkoker van de wereld 2025’ tijdens de 30e editie van het WK stamppotkoken in Groningen, op 12 februari, georganiseerd door Stichting Oud Hollandse Gerechten.

‘Stamppot’ is true winter food. This winter het resort embraces the ‘Dutch’ classic with a participation in the World Cup of stamppot cooking, organised by Stichting Oud Hollandse Gerechten. To select a resort-worthy top chef, a qualifying competition will be organised on Friday 24 January. During this qualification round, 10 artists will cook the stars from heaven. With the theme ‘sauerkraut’, the participants will pull out all the stops to serve the most flavourful, original and aesthetically pleasing stamppot. Everyone is invited to come and taste, vote and collectively determine the resort-chef. Who will know how to tantalise the taste buds of the visitors?
This competition will take place at het resort. The top chef who is chosen on 24 January will compete on behalf of het resort for the honorary title of ‘best stamppot chef of the world 2025’ at the 30th edition of the World Championship Stamppot Cooking, on 12 February, organized by Stichting Oud Hollandse Gerechten.
